1 General Terms & Introduction

Khelo88 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Khelo88") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Khelo88 website and its associated services.

By creating an account on Khelo88 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Khelo88.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Khelo88, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a real individual — not a company or a bot
• Each individual may operate one account only

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential

If false information is provided during registration, Khelo88 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any funds at any time. Khelo88 may request a national ID or mobile banking verification to authenticate your account.

3 Deposit Rules & Payment Methods

Khelo88 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

You must use your own registered mobile number when making a deposit. Deposits made from a third-party number may not be accepted, and any refund in such cases may take up to 7 business days.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Khelo88 does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply a service charge.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from Khelo88:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (standard members)
• VIP members are entitled to higher daily limits
• Withdrawals must be made to your own registered mobile banking number
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, in certain cases, verification may take up to 24 hours. If a withdrawal has not been processed within 24 hours, please contact the support team.

5 Bonus & Rewards Terms

All bonus offers at Khelo88 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus:

Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus. The bonus is valid for 30 days.

Daily Cashback: VIP members receive cashback on their daily net losses. There is no wagering requirement on this cashback — it is added directly to the cash balance.

Referral Bonus: Earn a ৳500 bonus for every successful referral. The referred person must register with a new and unique mobile number.

• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active (cashback excluded)
• Not all games are available for play with bonus balance — certain games are excluded from bonus balance use
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry
• Khelo88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All game outcomes on Khelo88 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Tampering with any game result is entirely impossible. Our RNG system is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

Please follow the rules below while playing:

• Each game has its own rules — please read them before you start playing
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded
• Dealer decisions in Live Casino are final and can be verified through video recordings
• In Sports Betting, bets are settled once the official result has been announced
• Khelo88's decision is final in all betting-related disputes

Khelo88 supports responsible gaming. Use your account settings to set personal gaming limits. If needed, you can temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khelo88. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in a game
• Attempting to engage in money laundering or illegal fund processing
• Knowingly exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Threatening or harassing other players or Khelo88 staff

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Khelo88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If you fail identity verification or provide incorrect information
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities
• Extended inactivity (12 months)

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee of ৳50 deducted from the balance each month.

Using the Self-Exclusion feature, you can restrict yourself from the platform for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Once activated, the exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Khelo88 places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

10 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises between Khelo88 and any player, please follow the steps below:

• First, contact the support team via live chat or email
• Please provide a full description of the issue along with the relevant transaction details
• The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours
• Complex issues will be resolved within 7 business days

In disputes related to game outcomes, Khelo88's server logs and game records will serve as the definitive evidence. The decision of our compliance team shall be considered final in all disputes.

11 Amendment Policy & Effective Date

Khelo88 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• Registered users will be notified by email or SMS before any significant changes take effect
• The effective date of any changes will be noted at the top of the page
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
